A: We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

Q: How fast do orders ship?
A: We process and pack your order within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed after 4:00 PM PST or on weekends/holidays start processing the next business day.

Q: What are your shipping costs and delivery times?
A: Standard US Shipping is $7.95 for orders under $175.00. Spend $175.01 or more and get free shipping! After processing, delivery typically takes 7-10 business days.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with real-time tracking details. Tracking info is usually live within 24-48 hours.

Q: What if my address is wrong or my order is lost/delayed?

A: You have 30 days from receiving your order to return most items. They need to be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging. Returns are free, and we'll send you a prepaid shipping label after you visit our Return Centre and submit your returns with your order number and proof (like an image).
