Our Easy Return Vibe

30 Days to Decide: You have a full 30 days from when your order lands to decide if it's a perfect fit.
  • To qualify for a return, your item needs to be:
  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed (just like you received it!)
  • Still rocking all its original tags.
  • In its original packaging.
Accompanied by your proof of purchase (your order number works great!).
Items that don't quite meet these simple conditions might not be eligible for a return.

How to Start Your Return (It's Free!)

Ready to send something back? It's super easy:
  • Visit our Return Centre and fill out the form to submit your returns. Please include your order number and a quick note about why you're returning it.
  • Show Us the Proof: We'll ask for a little proof, like an image, to help us understand the situation and process your return smoothly.
  • Your Free Label Awaits: Good news! Returns are on us. Once your request is approved, our customer support advisor will email you a free return shipping label. Just print it, attach it, and send it back!
Heads up: Please don't send items back without getting a green light from us first – unauthorized returns won't be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Oopsie Items?

We're all about quality, but sometimes things happen! Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive something damaged, defective, or simply not what you ordered (wrong item/size), contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@quari.shop. Please include photos of the issue – it helps us fix things super fast!

Exchanges

We offer exchanges if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, or the wrong size. All exchanges depend on product availability, and we'll let you know about the delivery time for your replacement.

Your Refund 

Once your return arrives and gets a quick check, we'll let you know the status of your refund. If approved, your money will go right back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process it, and your bank might take a little extra time to show it in your account.
  • No Restocking Fees: We don't believe in hidden fees! You won't be charged any restocking fees for eligible returns.
  • Discounts & Promos: Just a friendly reminder that refunds won't include discount codes or promotional offers not applied at checkout. Make sure to use them when you buy!
