We know you're excited for your new Quari finds! We're committed to getting your order to you smoothly and quickly. This policy covers everything you need to know about how we ship, exclusively within the United States.

When Your Order Ships

  • Processing: We lovingly pack your order within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST or on weekends/holidays start processing the next business day.
  • Tracking: Once dispatched, you'll get an email with real-time tracking details. Tracking info is usually live within 24-48 hours.

Shipping Costs & Times

We keep it simple with our Standard US Shipping:
  • Flat Rate: $7.95 for orders under $175.00.
  • Free Shipping! Orders $175.01 and over ship free!
  • Estimated Delivery: After processing, your order should arrive within 7-10 business days (Monday-Friday).

Please note that these are estimates and can sometimes be affected by things like carrier delays or weather.

Important Bits to Know

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your delivery address at checkout! We can't be responsible for delays or issues from incorrect info. If a package returns to us, we'll refund your order minus the original shipping costs.
  • Changes/Cancellations: Need to adjust your order? Contact us ASAP at info@quari.shop. Once processed or shipped, changes might not be possible.
  • Lost or Delayed? If your order is taking an unexpected detour, email us at info@quari.shop. We'll work with the carrier to sort it out.
